We enable professional DJs to download high-quality, appropriately tagged promotional music, ensuring the success of their upcoming events.

The primary audio files available on Crate Connect are 320kbps MP3 files.

Additionally, we offer a selection of lossless WAV files. These files, spanning from 1411kbps to 4608kbps, 16-24 bit, and 4100 Hz to 9600 Hz, are perfect for DJs looking for exceptional audio quality.

The intention of a music pool is to provide new promotional music releases to professional DJs for promotional purposes. For this reason, we do not provide an extensive back catalog of older releases. Instead, we emphasize offering newly released music in high-quality MP3 and WAV formats across 150 genres and subgenres.

The length of songs on our platform may vary, and specific tracks could be removed from the site to adhere to our promotional and distribution agreements. The availability period for each release is subject to change without prior notification.

We offer a wide range of more than 80 music genres, including Afrobeats, Country, Dance, Dancehall, Latin Pop, NuDisco, HipHop, House, Pop, and R&B.

Most releases include both clean and explicit versions of all songs. Clean versions are labeled "Radio," while explicit versions are labeled "Club."

We also offer users the following formats: Instrumental, Acapella, Intros, Acap In/Out, Quick Hits, Edits, Remixes, Transitions, Mashups, and Blends.

You don't need an internet connection to play the music downloaded from our record pool. Crate Connect operates as a download service, not a streaming service.

An internet connection is required to download the audio file from our platform to your device.

Certainly! We provide the option to download batches of up to 30 songs in MP3 format. The .zip file is directly downloaded to your device when using the desktop version of our site. For our mobile version, Crate Connect GO™, the .zip file link is sent to your email for later access on a laptop or desktop.

As for WAV files, they are downloaded directly, given their larger file size.

The audio files available for download are compatible with various DJ software solutions, including djay Pro, Rekordbox, Serato DJ, Traktor, and Virtual DJ.

As a reliable service, we source our content directly from major & independent record labels, distribution companies, or through submissions by record label A&Rs.

Yes. We offer a mobile version of our website known as Crate Connect GO™. With Crate Connect GO™, you can access the latest music on your mobile device without downloading and updating an app.

Crate Connect GO™ is compatible with all mobile devices. One notable feature is that upon downloading songs, a .zip file link is sent to your email, allowing you to access the songs on your mobile and desktop devices. This feature is tailored for DJs on the move, eliminating the necessity to use mobile data and transfer songs between devices.

Our team of skilled DJs and editors craft curated playlists. These compilations provide all the essential tracks conveniently gathered in one place.

There is no restriction on the number of songs you can download monthly. Once a song is downloaded, it is labeled with a checkmark in the record pool and stored in your downloads section for future reference.

If necessary, you can download the same song again.

All songs are updated using ID3v2.3. They contain the Artist, Title, Genre, BPM, KEY, Energy levels & Artwork* and are professionally formatted for library organization and easy track recognition.

*2024 releases and newer contain artwork when available.

The venue where the DJ performs is generally expected to have the necessary licensing.

We advise you to consult your local licensing boards to verify the regulations in your country of residence, as they vary globally.

We currently accept American Express, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal & Visa.

Before downloading, you have the option to listen to and view the waveform of the entire song.

All submissions undergo a review process before being included on the platform.

The Crate Connect Affiliate Club allows our members to generate income by referring potential users to Crate Connect.
