Crate Connect Inc. (“Crate Connect”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) owns and operates the Crate Connect Website, www.crateconnect.com (the “Website”).
Crate Connect respects the privacy of its Users (“you” or “your”) and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and how it is protected.

• your billing address;
• your telephone number;
• your credit card information.
ii. Other Data
We also collect, access, manage and retain data other than Personal Information. These other types of data, described below, do not permit direct association with any specific individual.

We do not intend to collect any personal data relating to your racial, ethnic, or religious denominations. Please do not at any time provide us with such information. Our purpose in processing your data, when necessary, is to assist us in allowing you to effectively use our Website. In the event that we desire to process your Personal Information for any other purpose where we are not able to rely on any other legal basis for processing under applicable law, we will ask for your consent.
We reserve the right to process your data as necessary to comply with legal requirements which we may be subjected to, including cooperating with authorities upon due request and for accounting and tax requirements. For example, we employ third-party companies, Stripe and PayPal, to process payment and complete the purchase and sale of Subscriptions. Information shared for the purpose of paying for Subscriptions is shared directly with the third-party and is subject to the privacy policy and by the terms and conditions of that third-party.

Crate Connect expressly disclaims any liability, damage or loss, directly or indirectly, alleged or derived from providing Personal Information to any third-party websites. Further, Users hereby agree to hold Crate Connect harmless from any liability that may result from Users sharing their own Personal Information with third-party websites linked to or referenced within the Website.
7. Security of Data
Crate Connect utilizes standard security protocols and commonplace security mechanisms to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, the Internet is an open system and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat those measures or use your Personal Information for improper purposes.
